twitter blogging and stuff
Well...should we blog...should we tweet....at first I said no...but now as I see the power of the internet, social media, it's time to say yes. It's time to embrace technology....use it to help, use it to communicate...but don't use it to consume your life.

Katimavik group 22130 was asked to take part in the Innovative project. We filmed having a group talk with 5 people at a table. We had a amazing and touching convo about what facebook is and what its changed about people today. People have made facebook a big part of their normal day, a habit to just got on and see whats new on facebook, even if you know there is nothing new, nothing to do, I Branden and Bryan are addicts on facebook and its changing people in many ways. It used to be buying stamps, sending letters, the excitement of recieving a letter from a loved one, but i personally think that facebook is a giant town where everybody knows each other or have every opportunity to meet your friends friends, or even realize that people that you dislike are grand old friends with who you grew up with. I think that facebook is getting to be so big, so normal in everybodys life that alot of people will have a hard time quiting facebook.
Do you think facebook is changing people?
Changing the daily lives of humans?

Are you a Borg?
When does our real life and our digital life collide.... when do we unplug to get away from the internet?
Do we only log on for a couple of hours a day? Are you always plugged in like a borg? Do we do all our communication via online instead of meeting in person or picking up the phone?
Ask yourself, are you better now with all the technology at your fingertips...or is just a way to get away from everyday life? When you start to spend more time with your keyboard instead of your family and friends...it's time for a time out.
What is the answer? A balanced life of course.
Innovative thoughts for Innovative minds
Digital times
As I read an article about 3D televisions being introduced, I wondered where does it stop.
Gagets, internet, smartphones are now forever part our lives in North America.
Ask yourself, is your life better with them now.
Is there a way to use technology to make the world a better place...other than checking out information or seeing how many friends you can get on facebook?
